We're looking for a Freelance Sales Specialist with a strong background in sales, business development, and client acquisition, particularly within the recruitment and talent acquisition industry.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients who need talent acquisition and recruitment services. You'll leverage your network, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to drive business growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients requiring recruitment services, focusing on building lasting relationships.
Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and close sales deals.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the talent acquisition space.
Lead Generation: Use various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, email marketing) to generate leads and convert them into clients.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand client needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to our overall revenue goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure a seamless client handover and deliver high-quality service.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the talent acquisition or recruitment industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
A deep understanding of the talent acquisition and recruitment process, industry trends, and client needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
A strong network within the recruitment industry is highly desirable.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Compensation:
This is a freelance role with a commission-based compensation structure. Your earnings will be directly tied to the success of your sales and client acquisition efforts, offering significant income potential based on performance.
