What this jobinvolves:

  • ProjectManagement
  • An essential part of your role willinvolve managing design operations on projects responding tostakeholder requests project scoping keeping stakeholders updatedon project status & ensuring delivery within SLAs.Alongside you will also interpret briefs ensure complete detailsare there for the team to initiate work and maintain reports andrecords of all invoices and billings. You will also be expected toflag & escalate issues on time & update the teamissues log.

RelationshipBuilding

  • The process of workflowcoordination involves building strong relationships with requestors& stakeholders through active communication on projectsseeking queries setting expectations early and providing a smoothexperience through the project delivery. You will have to liaisonclosely with the internal teams facilitate kickoff calls on complexprojects and key milestones aredocumented.

Reporting

  • Managingoperations requires visibility into the overall workflow across theteams. You will be working with data on the workflow managementtool to help create daily weekly monthly & ad hoc reportsfor stakeholders and internalteams.

CreativeOperations

  • You will be working onprojects with various collaterals Brochures Flyers HandbooksWebpages Infographics Videos etc. You will be expected to have asound understanding of design guidelines principles and scopingtimelines. You will be liaising with the requestors to understandtheir creative requirements better. Managing projects independentlywill be a part of your role.

  • Process & DataOrientation
  • Experience having managed creativeor digital operations in an agency or a service delivery setup is amust. You need to have great organizational skills to planprioritize and deliver multiple projects throughout the day. Havingworked with crossfunctional teams such as digital design etc. willbe an added advantage. To succeed in the role it is essential thatyou understand the process adhere to it and recommend improvementsfrom time to time.
  • Attention to Detail& Great Communication
  • One of the mainresponsibilities of the workflow coordinator will be to liaisonbetween the functional teams and the stakeholders. It will involvesharing clear and concise communication through the request intakeprocess understanding of briefs aligning expectations with theteams and stakeholders and in collecting feedback. You will beexpected to have excellent written & verbal communicationskills to deliver projects.
  • Thinkingdesign
  • Youll be expected to have a fundamentalunderstanding the differences between various design collateralsand the effort required for it. You will lead the execution of allworkfront design requests under JLL Business Services. Havingworked in a setup with creative operations ismandatory.
  • Microsoft SuiteExpertise
  • This role would entail multiple tasksthat would require you to be proficient at basic Microsoft softwaresuch as Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Time andTeam Managemen
  • You will be working across taskswith a host of different teams an experience with driving multipletasks across timezones at the same time while ensuring all bestpractices are applied you should be able to plan your timebandwidth and tasks efficiently andeffectively
