What you’ll do Assist in bench trials (beverages/snacks), sampling & sensory sessions Basic lab analytics : pH, °Bx, aw/moisture, viscosity; data logging Documentation : trial sheets, SOP checklists, label/pre-formulation notes Hygiene & CIP support; inventory of RM/PM Shadow pilot runs and client tastings You’ll thrive if you have B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Tech/Dairy/Biotech)—final year or recent grad Hands-on lab skills, MS Excel/Sheets basics, strong curiosity Availability full-time, on-site Location: Noida (NCR) Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month (performance-linked) Apply: Email or Fill the Application Form: Start: Immediate (2 positions) Post 2 — R&D Executive (Food & Beverage Formulation) — 2 Openings Join our Formulation R&D team to own lab trials to pilot—across functional beverages, snacks, and clean-label foods. Key responsibilities Lead formulation trials (taste, texture, stability, cost) and scale-up notes Run pilot batches , prepare COGS drafts , and SOPs/HACCP checklists Conduct sensory panels , interpret data, and iterate quickly Interface with clients on brief → trial → technical dossier Coordinate with QA/Packaging/Procurement ; vendor/sample evaluations Requirements 1–3 years in F&B R&D/Formulation (RTD beverages preferred) Strong lab analytics (pH, °Bx, aw, viscosity), basic statistics Working knowledge of FSSAI labeling & claims; documentation discipline Degree: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Tech/Dairy/Biotech) Location: Noida (NCR) CTC: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month (experience-based) Apply: Email Email or Fill the Application Form: Openings: 2
