Job Title: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation to achieve sales targets.Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Quí Creatives' services.Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Quí Creatives' products and services. Clearly articulate value propositions and address client concerns.Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights to enhance the sales strategy.Proposal Development:
Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.Contract Negotiation:
Conduct negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and terms are favorable.Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.Customer Retention:
Build long-term relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
