Job Summary : As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams on the sales floor, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage 3 to 4 teams of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets and maximize performance.

● Coordinate with team leaders and members to ensure smooth operations on the sales floor, including funnel creation, follow ups and conversions.

● Monitor the sales activities and performance metrics of individual team members, providing regular feedback, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

● Set clear sales targets and goals for the inside sales teams, and develop strategies

and action plans to achieve and exceed targets.

● Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the inside sales teams, and provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to help team members succeed.

● Generate and analyze sales reports and data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

● Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.


Key requirements:

● Masters degree in Business Administration with a certification in digital marketing preferred.

● 5+ years of team handling experience is mandatory.

● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and clients.

● Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

● Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.

● Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals.

● Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and business needs.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving solutions.

● Must have good hands on experience on social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

● Willingness to work 6 days in a week
