Qualifications and Skills customer relationship management proficiency with the ability to effectively manage interactions with clients and ensure satisfaction (Mandatory skill). proven experience in direct client interaction, demonstrating confidence and clarity in communication with clients (Mandatory skill). demonstrated expertise in outbound marketing, capable of formulating and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth (Mandatory skill). effective team leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse sales team towards achieving objectives. competence in sales management, ensuring the drafting and execution of successful sales strategies. proficiency in account management, overseeing customer accounts to meet and exceed retention targets. exemplary communication skills necessary for negotiating deals and maintaining client relations effectively. strategic thinking ability for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies tailored to market demands. Roles and Responsibilities manage and oversee outbound sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs. lead, train, and support the sales team in developing their abilities and reaching their potential. develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration. maintain strong client relationships and oversee the CRM systems for optimization and client satisfaction. monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjustment in strategies. collaborate with other departments to ensure a streamlined approach to sales and customer service. provide regular reporting and feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market trends. ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical standards throughout sales operations. Experience 4 to 6 years of experience in any BPO company. lead a team of around 10 to 15 people.
