• Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
• Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as People Soft, Oracle e Business Suite, SAP, Success Factor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
• Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
• Technical expertise in People Tools, People Code, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
• Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
