Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy : Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in Pune and surrounding regions.Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their recruitment needs and proposing tailored solutions.New Business Acquisition : Prospect and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling efforts, leveraging existing industry relationships and Peoplefy's reputation.Solution Selling : Present Peoplefy's range of recruitment and RPO services effectively, demonstrating value propositions and benefits to potential clients.Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives and client requirements.Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including operations, delivery, and recruitment specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:Experience : Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in business development within the recruitment industry, preferably with exposure to RPO services.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry dynamics, and trends.Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a successful track record in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.Networking : Extensive network of contacts in Pune and nearby areas, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of managing objections and closing deals effectively.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
