We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our client company who is providing Health and Wellness Services.
Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma
Work Experience: At Least 4-year experience of Business Development for B2C & B2B clients
The Key Responsibilities are as below:
● Managing positive and long-term relationships with existing clients
● Lead generation from the existing database and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects.
● Scouting, cold-calling organizations, agencies, and individuals to find new opportunities
● Keeping oneself updated with latest events, competition and other happenings that are relevant to the organization
● Develop quotes and proposals for various leads
● Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly attending conferences, events and trade shows to develop a fruitful network of contacts
● Collaborate with different departments in the company to support organizational goals
Preparing reports and updating them on a timely basis.
Skill/ Experience Requirements:
● Excellent Communication Skills – Oral, Written

● Strong Follow up skills
● Strong persuasion Skills
● Relationship Building Skills
● Energy and Flexibility

● Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
● Successful track record of achieving annual targets of 3 cr+
