We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Generalist capabilities to lead and manage our recruitment efforts while also supporting key HR functions. In this role, approximately 80% of your time will be focused on end-to-end talent acquisition, and the remaining 20% on HR generalist responsibilities such as onboarding, compliance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Use multiple sourcing strategies: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams.
  • Monitor and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or events.

HR Generalist

  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance review processes and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across various roles and levels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and generalist functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring in FMCG, NBFC, Steel, Finance & Accounts.
