Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple systems and APIs into unified analytical datasets
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs, operational performance, and compliance metrics
  • Work with relational, NoSQL, and search-indexing databases to structure queries and generate analytical outputs
  • Support integration of data from transactional systems, microservices, and external APIs into centralized data repositories
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define data requirements, mapping rules, and validation logic
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Design and automate recurring data pipelines for reporting and performance monitoring
  • Apply statistical and predictive techniques to support decision-making and policy recommendations
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., Power BI AI visuals, ChatGPT, automated anomaly detection models) to accelerate insight generation
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards in all reporting and analytics activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 35 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting for large-scale IT projects
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elastic Search queries
  • Strong skills in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration with API-based data sources
  • Ability to work with structured, semi-structured (JSON, XML), and unstructured data
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and basic machine learning techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools and automation techniques
  • Awareness of data governance, compliance, and audit standards in public digital platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good to have certification: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau/Power BI Certification, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
