About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and marketing analytics. You will partner with clients to deliver actionable insights, create intuitive dashboards, and support marketing intelligence initiatives. Your role will focus on helping marketing and growth teams understand campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and Tableau dashboards for campaign and business performance tracking.
  • Translate raw marketing and customer data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support marketing intelligence initiatives, including campaign measurement, funnel performance, and ROI reporting.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure accuracy, scalability, and automation of reporting pipelines.
  • Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks in marketing performance data.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in marketing analytics and bring forward new ideas for measurement and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, with strong exposure to marketing analytics or marketing intelligence.
  • Advanced skills in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau (dashboard design, data storytelling, advanced visualizations).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, channel attribution, ROI).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or CRM/marketing automation systems.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
