Position: Customer Support Executive Experience: Freshers (0–1 year) Qualification: Any Degree / MBA (added advantage) Location: Trivandrum Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with queries, service information, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in customer service and communication roles. MBA candidates are given added preference.  Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases when required. Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the system. Follow up on pending queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service-level standards.
