The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will also manage negotiations, present and promote products or services, and provide feedback to the internal team to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.KnowledgeProven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to conduct market research and identify new business opportunitiesCustomer relationship management skills and a client-focused approachDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesExperience in using CRM software or similar sales toolsKnowledge of the local market in Kerala, India, is an advantageBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferredQualifications• Bachelor’s degree preferred.• 2–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG, Packaging, B2B preferred).• Experience in field sales and target-driven roles is beneficial.Skills & Competencies• Excellent English communication (spoken + written).• Good negotiation and customer engagement skills.• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.• Basic Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp reporting skills.• Strong coordination with Kerala & Mumbai teams.• Owning a bike is an added advantage for field visits.Compensation• Basic Monthly Salary: Competitive market package• Commission: 1% of total monthly sales brought in by the executive.
