What You’ll Do Drive End-to-End Hiring: Own recruitment cycles for IT, engineering, and business roles across SaaS, B2B, and B2C clients. Leverage AI Tools: Use HireVox’s proprietary AI interview, matching, and automation platform to shortlist top talent 5× faster than traditional sourcing. Optimize Sourcing Strategies: Experiment with LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, and non-traditional channels, integrating AI to surface hidden talent. Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a seamless experience via AI-assisted scheduling, communication, and evaluations. Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ensuring 90%+ candidate alignment. Talent Insights: Use data dashboards and AI analytics to advise clients on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and market talent trends. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in tech, product, or engineering hiring. Strong grip on Boolean searches, sourcing strategies, and recruitment workflows. Curiosity and comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics. Ability to analyze role requirements and align them with candidate profiles effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. What You’ll Gain at HireVox
