Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience: 5+ Years Location: Perumbakkam, Chennai (Work from Office – No Remote) Recruitment Focus: India Hiring Client Experience: NTT DATA, WiproJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience in India recruitment, preferably with current or prior experience handling NTT DATA and Wipro requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for India-based hiring requirements, including NTT DATA and Wipro mandatesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelinesSource candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networksScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholdersManage offer discussions, negotiations, closures, and candidate engagementSupport smooth onboarding, documentation, and joining processesMaintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reportsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needsRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in India recruitment / talent acquisitionProven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and technologiesStrong sourcing, screening, and closing capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience using ATS and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in corporate or consulting environmentsStrong exposure to large enterprise client hiringAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
