We partner with startups to Fortune 500 companies, delivering top-quality talent with speed, precision, and a strong commitment to client success.We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in the US staffing market, with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring across diverse industries.Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles across Permanent and Contract hiring in the US market.Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing strategies.Partner with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS programs to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, compensation alignment, and US visa/tax term requirements.Maintain accurate pipelines, achieve delivery targets, and build strong relationships with consultants and clients.Must Have:2–4 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.Strong knowledge of W2/C2C/1099 and all major visa categories.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Willingness to work the night shift (US time zones).
