Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Lead, located in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Recruitment Lead will also manage recruitment metrics and reports, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment & Staffing, Sourcing, and Onboarding
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Recruitment Strategies and Processes
  • Strong Interviewing and Assessment skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Software
  • Knowledge of HR and Employment Laws and Regulations
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
