Human Resources Executive

We at Catch44 Hospitality LLP are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive. At Catch44, we aim to be a community hub, a sanctuary for beer enthusiasts, and a haven for those seeking a taste of exceptional local craft beverages.
As the HR Executive you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement through effective interaction, welfare initiatives, and culture-building activities. Additionally, you will handle key HR functions such as statutory compliance, attendance management, salary processing, and onboarding.
Candidates with backgrounds in psychology/social work with specialization in HR will have an edge over the others and it would be great if you have work experience of a couple of months to 1 year..
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Interaction:
1) Develop and implement strategies to promote open communication channels between employees and management.
2) Organize regular feedback sessions, town halls, and team-building activities to facilitate interaction and collaboration.
Employee Welfare:
1) Design and manage employee welfare programs focusing on health, safety, and well-being.
2) Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to provide benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, and recreational activities.
Culture Building:
1) Cultivate and promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
2) Plan and execute initiatives to celebrate achievements, milestones, and cultural diversity within the organization.
Statutory Compliance:
1) Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintenance of statutory records.
2) Handle employee-related statutory obligations like PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labor welfare acts.
Attendance and Leave Management:
1) Oversee the attendance and leave management system to ensure accurate and timely processing.
2) Address discrepancies in attendance records and provide support to employees on attendance and leave policies.
Salary Processing:
1) Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
2) Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely disbursement of salaries and other compensation.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
1) Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including orientation and induction programs for new hires.
2) Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
Performance Management Support:
1) Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
2) Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
HR Administration:
1) Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
2) Prepare HR reports and analytics related to employee interaction, welfare initiatives, and culture metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Social Work or Psychology with Specialization in Human Resources
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Passionate about fostering a positive work culture and employee engagement.
