Job description:


We seek a dynamic, innovative professional to grow our company through strategic partnerships and alliances. The ideal candidate excels in research, business development, and partnership management, with a proven track record in navigating complex organizations and fostering collaborative relationships.


 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and strategic partners.
  • Analyze industry trends related to global compliance, sustainability, and carbon tax policies.
  • Develop detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.


2.Partnership Development:

  •  Identify and evaluate potential partners, including startups, established companies, and research institutions.
  • Lead negotiations and establish partnership agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities and track progress.


3.Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.


4. Growth Initiatives: 

  • Design and implement growth strategies with cross-functional teams. Monitor partnership performance and provide optimization insights. Leverage synergies to drive innovation and market expansion


5.Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain records of partnership activities, agreements, and performance metrics. Prepare reports for senior
  • Management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Masters in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in business development or strategic partnerships.
