Key Responsibilities

  • Close high-value real estate deals and manage the entire sales pipeline.
  • Onboard and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to boost lead outreach.
  • Monitor and optimize listings on 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks.
  • Ensure fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams.
  • Engage with walk-in and organic leads; convert them into buyers.
  • Resolve CP conflicts, track portal performance, and improve conversions.
  • Coordinate with social media teams to enhance campaign quality.
  • Collaborate with content/design teams to create appealing and compliant marketing material.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience.
  • Excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.
  • Preferred: UPRERA Agent or experience with reputed builders/CPs in high-volume sales.
