About the job
The mission of the Sales Operations Manager is to manage the systems, data, and processes required for our outbound sales team to scale monthly customer acquisition.
This role is an operational “right hand” to the Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Process: oversee and optimize the tech stack responsible for lead generation for the sales team
CRM Management and Data Collection: Lead the selection, rollout, and maintenance of CRM tools; create dashboards and analytics to guide team efforts.
Cost Optimization and Metrics Tracking: Oversee the monitoring and improvement of key metrics within the sales funnel, including revenue and cost forecasting.
Team Oversight: Manage and scale various teams, including research/lead generation, human resources, and outbound sales; ensure alignment with operational best practices
Process and Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to enable the sales team and implement ongoing process enhancements.
Qualifications
Analytical Mindset: Looking for an individual with logical and methodical thinking skills who can add structure to a growing sales team.
Detail-Oriented: Seeking a candidate who understands the importance of details, but can also see the bigger picture.
Spirit of Enablement: The manager should ensure that the sales team is not encumbered by processes, adhering to the idea that "good design is invisible" — Donald Norman.
Adaptive and Responsive: Wants someone who recognizes the value of effective design, can adapt to data-driven insights, and continually seeks efficiency improvements.
