Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Risk teams, Lending platform teams, business teams, and Customer Excellence teams to understand requirements and align product goals.
- Product Roadmap and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, market demands, and company strategy.
- Usability and Underwriting: Enhance the current product stack to improve underwriting and lending processes, along with ensuring a seamless user experience for agri-traders.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices in product management, ensuring high standards are maintained across the team.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product changes.
- Customer Focus : Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in product development.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or agri-tech is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Smart, Hungry and Entrepreneurial. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding junior team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
