Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of all the products in our suite. You will be responsible for owning and executing end-to-end product strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values. With a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management, you will lead complex projects and contribute to expanding our total addressable market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and strategy, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
- Dive deep into the product, understanding its intricacies, and identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of complex projects, overseeing multiple modules and ensuring timely delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through clear communication and regular updates.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, leveraging past experience and industry insights to inform decision-making.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7-8 years of experience in product management roles, with a minimum of 3-4 years in
- the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of owning broad product responsibilities, working in companies with
- engineering teams of 10-50 and product teams of 4 or more members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into product data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Prior experience in stakeholder management and driving consensus across diverse perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Technical background or familiarity with engineering concepts preferred.
