About the role

The artwork Senior Product Manager is the Tech person accountable for the set of products in the Artwork portfolio.

For products in their domain, the Artwork Senior Product Manager is accountable for product strategy, delivery, and operations across all lifecycle stages. They use Agile practices to deliver value early and often, aligning with business priorities.

The Artwork Senior Product Manager partners with the Business Product Owner to develop a value-driven innovation pipeline and define a product roadmap aligned with the Haleon Supply Chain strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Accountable for product strategy, product delivery, and operations for products in the artwork portfolio to support decision-making and continuous improvement and ensure the Haleon supply chain artwork business team has the best processes and systems to support the global artwork operating model.

 Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop a multiyear product pipeline, prioritized to support Haleon’s Supply Chain strategic objectives over a 5-year horizon.

Apply Agile principles and practices to drive the products forward in partnership with the business product owner. Promote and coach Agile practices within Tech and in engagement with business.

Accountable for delivery of individual project scope, budgets and plans – managing these to complete the agreed plan with a focus on the expected Haleon quality standards.

Accountable for the operational support and lifecycle management of the Artwork solutions. This includes management of operational risks and activities to adhere to Cyber Security and IT Operational Standards. This also implies adopting procedures to ensure compliance with GxP requirements, inspection readiness and Audit support.

To bring artwork knowledge and understanding of standard operating models with an external/industry perspective and the ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders to drive process and system improvements to artwork products.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Artwork Business Process and Artwork Technology experience – 5-7 years Industry experience.

FMCG/Pharma Experience

Business Analysis, Business Partnering & Facilitation skills and experience.

Manage and partner with Business and Tech stakeholders in the Artwork domain.

Preferred

Skills to maintain effective relationships with all above stakeholders, including external 3rd parties.

Ability to drive roadmaps and strategy discussions with appropriate levels of presentations and documents.

Strong emotional intelligence skills to adjust to various business and tech team situations.

Ability to influence and drive facilitation across the Artwork teams.
