Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business in the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.

  • As a Manager, you will be responsible for achieving your individual sales targets while also ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds overall performance goals and guiding them towards success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C in luxury sales or related field with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.

  • Excellent communication, floor management, target achievement, team training, team motivation, and teamwork skills.

  • Have the experience or proven track record of Tele-sales in Gems & Jewellery Industry or any related luxury industry.
