We are looking for a Manager of International Accounting to lead all financial aspects of our growing international presence, STAT and tax audits, compliance, regulatory, andUS GAAP financial reporting. A successful candidate must have the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment.This is an exciting and important role that will continue to grow with the company
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Oversee outsourced accounting firms, who handle accounting and transaction processing for our UK, India, and Polish subsidiaries Serve as the site leader for local finance employees including, but not limited to, accounts payable, account receivable, general ledger, and tax. Ensure accurate monthly close in accordance with US GAAP in NetSuite Oversee US GAAP to Statutory GAAP process Ensure timely and accurate tax and statutory filings, including VAT, GST, and transfer pricing matters Ensure all account reconciliations are completed timely in accordance with policies Oversee international B2B invoicing, as applicable Oversee pension-related financial matters Responsible for local banking relations in Poland, India, & the UK Implement best practices regarding accounting processes and use of ERP and other finance automation Ensure financial policy compliance aligned with global standards and appropriate, pre-approved, local deviations where requiredYOUR QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of progressive work experience Strong understanding of US GAAP and STAT audit for Poland, India, and the UK International Tax regulations specifically in Poland, India, and the UK Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the capability of manipulating, analyzing, and reporting large sets of data NetSuite, Blackline, and Coupa experience preferred Available to work US hours-
