Role & responsibilities

Seeking a detail-oriented Admin Head to manage mutual fund transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support investors and teams. Must coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, sales, and stakeholders, with strong operational and organizational skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Record-Keeping & Transaction Processing

* Oversee daily processing of mutual fund transactions (purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP setups).

* Maintain accurate and timely records in internal systems and ensure proper documentation.

* Conduct daily reconciliation of transactions and fund flows.

* Report and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

  1. Investor Support & Query Resolution

* Address and resolve investor queries related to mutual fund investments.

* Provide updates, account statements, and reports to investors as required.

* Ensure a high standard of client service and maintain strong investor relationships.

  1. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

* Ensure all processes comply with SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory guidelines.

* Monitor internal policies to ensure operational and compliance standards are met.

* Prepare and maintain compliance reports for audits and inspections.

  1. Collaboration & Coordination

* Work closely with sales, advisory, and operations teams to support business objectives.

* Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and distribution partners to resolve operational issues.

* Support management with periodic MIS reports and business performance updates.

  1. Administrative Oversight

* Supervise and streamline administrative functions within the operations team.

* Develop SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
