Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Hardware Engineer at Srushty Global Solutions located in Chennai. As a Senior Hardware Engineer , you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hardware design, development, and testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Handle hardware design involving analog & digital circuit design with 8/16/32-bit Micro controllers.Board bring up, root cause & bug tracking.Hardware iteration & Version controlStrong Components selection ability and justification to review team.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical or a related fieldProven experience in embedded hardware design and developmentExpertise in microcontrollers, microprocessors, sensors, and communication protocolsIOT product developmentFamiliarity with PCB design and layoutPCB bring-up experience in STM, ESP32, NordicIOT product developmentLab tools DSOs, Multimeters, etc.,Knowledge on EMI/EMC Testing, Safety StandardsFamiliarity with programming languages such as C and C++ is a plusExperience with hardware debugging and testing toolsKnowledge of industry standards and regulationsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional qualifications and certifications related to embedded systems and hardware design are highly desirable.
