We are expanding our expertise into Salesforce solutions and AppExchange product development. We’re looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team and help build scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce applications.     Job Overview   We are seeking a Salesforce AppExchange Developer with hands-on experience in developing, packaging, and publishing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Lightning components, and Apex development. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce apps that meet business needs and comply with AppExchange security and compliance standards.     Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications for AppExchange.   Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL to build scalable solutions.   Package and manage Salesforce applications for AppExchange publication.   Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs.   Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.   Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and related team to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions within an Agile development methodology .   Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.   Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, AppExchange guidelines, and development tools.     Required Skills and Experience   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related field.   2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.   Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.   Experience with AppExchange app packaging and security review process.   Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools .   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and Lightning framework.   Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange guidelines and compliance requirements.   Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.     Soft Skills   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.   Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner     About KMK consulting Inc KMK Consulting brings together a range of functional competencies in marketing science, market research, forecasting and sales force effectiveness to provide our biopharma clients with fully integrated solutions that support their commercial success.   Powered by JazzHR
