**Job Title: Senior Engagement Associate - CSR and Skills**

**Job Overview**:As a Senior Engagement Associate for CSR and Skills, you will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing CSR initiatives and skill development programs in the Gujarat region. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders to drive impactful social initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CSR Project Management**:Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects in alignment with company and partner objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective project implementation.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, government agencies, and local communities.
Act as a liaison between CSRBOX and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

**Skill Development Programs**:Design, implement, and evaluate skill development programs with a focus on community impact and sustainability.
Collaborate with training partners and assess the effectiveness of skill development initiatives.

**Impact Assessment**:Conduct regular impact assessments to measure the success of CSR and skill development programs.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Community Outreach**:Engage with local communities to understand their needs and ensure that CSR initiatives are aligned with community aspirations.
Organize awareness programs and workshops to promote skill development and community welfare.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, CSR, Development Studies, etc.); Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing CSR projects and skill development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
