Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven sales expertise to develop business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in target industrial sectors.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
- Coordinate with engineering & production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales.
- Strong understanding of industrial products and processes.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Karnataka and neighboring regions.
Preferred Skills
- Industrial B2B sales experience.
- Ability to read CAD drawings & technical specifications.
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
