AIS teachers are critically reflective practitioners who wear multiple hats - facilitators, mentors, learners, friends, researchers, and collaborators. They ask and ponder over hard questions like ‘what is the role of a teacher when information is available at a click’, ‘how do we design learning that is challenging and significant’, and much more.

About the PYP Maths role
As a Mathematics Teacher at AIS, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students in Grade 3,4,5 and creating lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum development. You will be responsible for encouraging students to develop their problem-solving skills, mathematical reasoning, and logical thinking.
Qualifications
Qualified Teacher with experience in teaching Mathematics in Grade 3-5
Strong knowledge of Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development
Ability to create engaging and challenging lesson plans
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience in teaching in an international school is a plus
