Education: Masters's Degree in Human Resources and Management along with Bachelor in Engineering (preferred)

Experience: 2-3 Years, Location: Pune

What you’ll get to do:

- Develop, execute and track the recruiting plans and hiring process- Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees- Leverage internet search and LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates and screen candidates to ensure their skills and competencies match the job description- Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates for all position- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting- Provide guidance and support to the new recruits as and when needed

What you need to have:

- Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter- Sound technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.)- Experience in using various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.- Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs- Excellent communication skills.- Should be able to represent the company to the outside world in a clear and crisp way- Excellent interpersonal skills
