The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through school visits, lead generation, marketing activities, and exam conduction coordination.Key Responsibilities:- School Outreach: Conduct regular visits to schools to introduce and promote our EdTech products and services.- Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.- Marketing & Promotion: Execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.- Examination Conduction: Coordinate and manage examination logistics in schools, ensuring smooth and timely execution.- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare weekly progress reports.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred)- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Willingness to travel extensively within Thrissur and nearby areas- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plusInterested candidates may send their CV to , with the subject line “Business Development Executive Job Application – Thrissur”.
