Excellent communication skills in English, Basic Hindi and Kannada understanding
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to set up meetings and appointments effectively
Willingness to travel within Karnataka (as needed)
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, primarily in and around Karnataka, with a strong focus on Bangalore.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the company's sales team.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing for client presentations and pitches.
