As a Management Trainee intern in our Sales & Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced leaders to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

- Connecting with the clients to understand their requirements and providing consultation.- Work to coordinate with prospective buyers and sellers to facilitate site visits.- Assisting in sales activities and developing strategies- Managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient visits.- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.- Conducting business research to identify market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

- MBA Preferred (Not Mandatory)- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus- Fluency in the local language is a bonus point- Eager to take initiatives and lead a team
