Position Overview
Technical Lead will design, develop, and install software solutions. This role requires to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. This role requires to use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of best industry practices and company policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
9+ Years of experience developing software with utmost quality standard.
Write, debug, maintain and test software related to our custom software offering and supporting software functionality.
Research and coordinate with software development team, business analysts, project managers on technical aspects of projects and assignments.
Involvement in the design, development and implementation of the project related software applications.
Implement standard procedures for software development and project management change requests while working on a project or assignment.
Create and maintain records in Azure DevOps about the use, maintenance and technology used while working on a project or assignment.
Develop reusable and optimized code that adheres to the software development standards.
Prepare documentation related to software solutions created per the requirements.
Translation of functional design/requirements into technical solutions.
Translation of complex information into common terms.
Architecting and building applications and supporting software applications.
Must have Experience in:
C++/CLI and C#.Net
Windows DLL Management
NuGet Package Management
C++ Macros and template classes
Implicit and explicit DLL Linking
Agile practices
Good to have:
Exposure to Microsoft Azure Cloud platform (growth potential)
MFC style design pattern
Win32 async event messaging
WPF
CI/CD experience
