Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations at our Anna Nagar center. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Accounting and Tally and will play a key role in coordinating classes, managing student schedules, and ensuring smooth academic delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule classes for students and trainers.
  • Manage student records, attendance, and academic progress.
  • Handle academic-related queries from students and parents.
  • Support trainers with course materials, assessments, and reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of batches and syllabus coverage.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports for management.
  • Assist in conducting workshops, seminars, and value-added courses.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Computer Applications preferred.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Accounting concepts and Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime with GST).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in an academic/administrative role preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
