Job Description:
Softobiz Technologies is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT services industry, with proven experience in sales, pre-sales, closing deals, and the ability to effectively manage a team. This role will focus on the Australian, US, and other specified markets.
Responsibilities:
Understanding Requirements.
Reading and Understanding RFP.
Creating Proposal For RFP.
Closing deals
Market Expansion and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and reach potential clients in the Australian, US, and other targeted markets.
Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing client relationships.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to pre-sales discussions and final closure.
Hands on experience with lead generation tools.
Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Softobiz Technologies.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Set and track team goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Industry Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of various IT services offered by Softobiz Technologies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
Closing Deals:
Successfully close deals through effective negotiation and objection handling.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition within the IT services industry.
Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals in the Australian and US markets.
Strong understanding of various IT services and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
