About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable System & Office Administrator to join our team at our Adyar, Chennai office. This role is a hybrid of IT support and office administration, requiring someone who can handle system-related issues while also managing day-to-day office needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, internet, and power-related issues .
  • Coordinate with service providers for quick resolution of IT and facility problems.
  • Manage petty cash for office expenses such as snacks and supplies.
  • Ensure smooth arrangements for tea, water, and other office essentials .
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations during night shifts.
  • Maintain records of expenses and office inventory.


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting .
  • Previous experience in system admin, IT support, or office admin roles preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
