Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Executive located in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable. The Information Technology Executive will oversee day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage network administration tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting the technical needs of various departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Experience in Network Administration and managing IT Operations
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology practices and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
