Our client provides a quick and safe pay-on-demand service for businesses that is searching for experienced talent to join their firm:
  • Managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and materials.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and financial analyses as needed.
  • Assisting with budget management and financial planning processes.
  • Liaising with other departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives as required.
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the finance sector.

Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2-3 years of experience working for companies that operate in the banking or financial services industry.
