Position: Delivery Manager
Location: Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad
Company: DPOD Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.
Budget: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Incentives
Role Summary:
The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the Sindhubhavan branch, ensuring seamless integration of business functions including sales, design, execution, and client relations. The role also involves maintaining detailed reports and data to track performance and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Management:
- Drive branch performance by achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to expand business opportunities and market presence.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Sales & Client Engagement:
- Lead the sales team to secure new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve client escalations promptly and effectively.
- Design & Execution Oversight:
- Coordinate with design and project execution teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the design team to align expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and adherence to budgets.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, projects, and team performance.
- Prepare and analyze detailed reports on branch performance, client feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Use data insights to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.
- Escalation Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving internal and external escalations.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within sales, operations, or project management.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
