Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a versatile and forward-thinking Lead Designer to helm our creative team. This role is ideal for a young designer with a broad skill set who is ready to step into a leadership role. You will guide and inspire a team, oversee rebranding and repositioning projects, develop engaging packaging, and create cohesive visual architectures for a variety of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of junior designers, encouraging creativity and professional development.
Brand Transformation: Lead the rebranding and repositioning of prominent heritage brands, blending modern design with their storied histories.
Packaging and Visual Design: Craft innovative packaging and visual strategies for emerging homegrown brands, enhancing their market appeal.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to grasp their vision and deliver design solutions that surpass expectations.
Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities-
Experience in designing projects for both Print and Digital media from concept creation to completed project.
Should be well equipped with the know-how of Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
Ability to work collaboratively with client engagement teams, creative directors, and account managers.
Understand business objectives and proactively contribute both strategic and design ideas.
Develop a high level of understanding of brief requirements, communication strategy and client’s perspective, and execution of campaigns along with team members.
Provide concepts for digital, offline, and social media campaigns.
Develop the visual tone and messages that will shape the most effective communication for the concerned brand.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once.
Able to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas.
Design website, microsite, web banners, and other UI-based collateral.
Qualifications, experience, and skills required-
3 years experience in a design/creative firm
Demonstrated experience in branding, packaging, and visual design is essential.
Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Video Editing
Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Video Editing and other design tools.
