Nello specifico avr la responsabilit di:

Supervisionare e implementare le politiche attive regionali, inclusa la Garanzia di Occupabilit dei Lavoratori (GOL) e i Tirocini Extracurriculari.Fornire un supporto mirato attraverso servizi di orientamento professionale, consulenza sull'occupabilit e assistenza nella ricerca attiva del lavoro.Individuare e verificare le competenze e le abilit dei candidati, creando percorsi personalizzati di formazione e inserimento lavorativo.Contribuire alla progettazione e implementazione di iniziative finalizzate all'inserimento lavorativo, in collaborazione con altre figure aziendali e istituzionali.Offrire un supporto costante ai candidati, guidandoli nell'ottimizzazione delle strategie di ricerca del lavoro e nell'acquisizione di competenze utili per il mercato del lavoro.

Requisiti

Laurea in Scienze dell'Educazione, Sociologia, Psicologia del Lavoro o disciplina affine.Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di politiche attive del lavoro.Conoscenza approfondita dei programmi regionali, in particolare GOL e Tirocini Extracurriculari.Conoscenza dei portali regionali.Abilit di comunicazione e relazionali sviluppate.Orientamento ai risultati e capacit di lavorare in team.
