Role Description

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Ads Campaign & Product Management Specialist to manage ad campaigns and product listings across major e-commerce platforms. This role involves end-to-end management of Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) while strategically increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a keen eye for budget planning and expansion opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise ad campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to achieve set revenue and visibility targets.
  • Budget Planning: Develop sound budget plans that support campaign expansion while focusing on end sales revenue.
  • ROAS & ACOS Optimisation: Maintain desired ROAS and ACOS levels for sustainable growth.
  • Brand Strategy: Strategise and implement initiatives to enhance brand presence and awareness across e-commerce platforms.
  • Product Management: Oversee product listings and optimisation on Amazon and Flipkart, aligning with current market trends.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise analytical skills to interpret data and make informed campaign and product strategy decisions.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with product goals and sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of ROAS and ACOS metrics and strategies for optimisation
  • Demonstrated skills in product management for e-commerce platforms
  • Analytical abilities for data interpretation and budget planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
