Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence across all platforms, handling everything from content creation and posting to influencer collaborations and performance monitoring. If you are skilled in graphic design and content conceptualisation, with proficiency in social media management tools, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging graphics, posts, and stories using tools like Canva and Photoshop to align with the brand's messaging.
Develop a content calendar and ensure timely publication across all platforms.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive campaigns and expand brand reach.
Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the creation of diverse content (videos, infographics, blog posts) in coordination with internal and external teams.
Monitor trends and competitors to develop engaging content ideas.
Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to optimize social media strategy.
Respond to social media queries and engage with followers to build a positive community around the brand.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure content visibility.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
Soft Skills:
Creative and innovative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with influencers and external content creators.
