Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer, located in Jaipur. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing gold jewelry, determining loan amounts based on the value of the gold, and processing loan applications. The officer will also educate clients on loan terms, ensure timely collection of repayments, and maintain accurate records of transactions. The role requires strong customer service skills to address client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in assessing gold jewelry and valuating its worth
- Knowledge of loan processing and financial documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely repayments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Jaipur
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
