Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Sales Planning and Administration position located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing accounts, leading sales teams, and implementing sales strategies. The Chief Sales Planning and Administration will be responsible for sales management and ensuring the success of sales targets and objectives.



Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills and strong business acumen
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales
  • Proven success in Team Management and Sales Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Master’s degree in business, Sales, CA or related field
  • Proficient in CRM software / Microsoft Office Suite.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic, measurable, and achievable targets.


Order Processing:

Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.


Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and responsiveness.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.


4.Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report Price performance to ensure order book optimization

Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular updates to the management team on sales progress and challenges.
